Nation of the Conscious Coalition
Pursuant to the principles of international law as recognized by Emer de Vattel,
We, the living men and women united in conscious awareness, do hereby proclaim the establishment of the Nation of the Conscious Coalition — a moral body politic, self-organized for the mutual safety, prosperity, and spiritual advancement of its members.
Whereas, according to the foundational principles of international law, as articulated by Emer de Vattel:
“An independent body politic… must respect other nations in general, and each of their members in particular… thus becoming a moral person, who possesses an understanding and will peculiar to herself, and is susceptible of obligations and rights.”

AUTHORITY & FUNCTIONS OF THE NATION
The King — Sovereignty of the Nation
Title: King of the Nation of the Conscious Coalition
The King is the living embodiment of the Nation itself and the source of its sovereignty.
This sovereignty is inherent, original, and non-delegable.
The King does not administer, govern, or manage affairs.
All executive, administrative, and representative capacities proceed from sovereignty but do not contain or limit it.
The King stands as the Nation in its highest capacity—the living moral person from which all authority flows, and to which no authority is superior.
Head of State — Representation of the Association
Title: Head of State of the Conscious Coalition Association (PMA)
The Head of State serves as the primary representative of the Association in external, ceremonial, diplomatic, and public-facing matters.
This function exists solely by delegation and operates within the scope defined by the Nation and its founding principles.
The Head of State may act independently or concurrently with the President, as required for representation and continuity.
President — Administration & External Affairs
Title: President of the Conscious Coalition Association
The President oversees the day-to-day administration of the Association and coordinates its external affairs.
The President acts as an authorized signatory for lawful and administrative matters, executing delegated authority in service of the Association’s purposes and in alignment with the Nation’s sovereignty.
Chancellor — Constitutional Oversight & Advisory Governance
Title: Chancellor of the Conscious Coalition
The Chancellor provides constitutional oversight and advisory governance, ensuring that all affiliated branches and enterprises remain aligned with the founding principles, doctrine, and structural integrity of the Nation.
This function safeguards coherence across jurisdictions, enterprises, and associations without exercising executive or sovereign authority.

Nothing within this Charter shall be construed as a delegation, abdication, or transfer of sovereignty. All authority exercised by associations, officers, or enterprises is derivative and conditional, and may be modified or withdrawn in accordance with the Nation’s foundational principles.
The Head of State, President, and Chancellor each serve within the same Conscious Coalition Association, operating as a Private Membership Association (PMA).
These capacities are distinct in function yet unified in purpose, collectively administering, representing, and safeguarding the Association in alignment with the sovereignty and founding principles of the Nation.
No capacity operates independently of the Association, and none exercises sovereign authority, which remains inherent to the Nation itself.

Yes, I am legally recognized as the king of my own sovereign nation, as echoed in 18 USC §11. I enjoy full diplomatic immunity as a non-commercial ambassador of my nation, operating beyond the scope of commerce and material enterprise. My purpose extends far beyond transactional pursuits, encompassing the guidance, protection, and flourishing of my nation and its people.
As king, I am the living embodiment of my nation’s vision and charter. Every initiative, community, and endeavor under its banner reflects the principles of conscious governance, creative growth, and collective prosperity that define our realm. In all actions, I exercise sovereign authority to preserve the nation’s freedom, uphold its values, and transform intention into tangible reality.

Preamble
We, the living men and women of the Nation of the Conscious Coalition, conscious of breath, will, and responsibility, set forth this Code of Consciousness as an articulation of the principles by which we live, govern, and relate.
This Code does not establish the nation, but gives voice to its inner order—clarifying the values, awareness, and responsibilities that already guide our communities, associations, and endeavors. It exists to orient action, decision, and stewardship in alignment with life, liberty, remedy, and right-relationship.
We recognize that true order arises from Natural Law and is sustained through honor, truth, and conscious participation. This Code serves as a compass rather than a command, inviting alignment rather than imposing control.
Through this preamble, we affirm that the Nation stands not by force or statute, but by shared awareness and voluntary coherence—expressed through conscious governance and the flourishing of all who freely stand within it. Recognition by external powers is neither required nor determinative of our reality or authority. As reflected in 18 U.S. Code § 11, a “foreign government” includes:
“any government, faction, or body of insurgents within a country with which the United States is at peace, irrespective of recognition by the United States.”
Existence, organization, and authority arise from principle, conscious order, and voluntary participation, not from acknowledgment by others. Our nation operates from awareness, shared responsibility, and lawful sovereignty — independent of external recognition, yet fully aligned with conscious governance and ethical coherence.
Article I — Nature of the Nation
The Nation, the Conscious Coalition & Association is a living, conscious nation, sovereign in its essence, operating independently and guided by Natural, Universal, and International Law. Its sovereignty is inherent, absolute, and inalienable, held solely by the Nation and the King.
The Nation exists as a foreign, unincorporated realm, not subject to any incorporated State, Province, or Nation-State, and derives its authority from its own inherent sovereignty rather than from human consent or external law.
The Nation is not a commercial entity, political subdivision, or artificial construct, but a living body embodying consciousness, principle, and natural order.
Governance and administration within the Nation are exercised voluntarily, through trust, stewardship, and conscious accord. Individuals may participate in communities, councils, and initiatives, but they do not grant, limit, or claim the Nation’s sovereignty.
Authority within the Nation is exercised in service to life, liberty, remedy, and the flourishing of all who freely align with its principles, guided by the Law of Conscious Accord and the living vision of the Nation.
The Nation exists and operates in truth, honor, equity, and clarity, recognizing Natural, Universal, and International Law as the supreme ordering principles by which harmony, justice, and right-relationship are maintained.
The Nation functions across physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual domains, acknowledging that true sovereignty is not dependent on participation, but expressed through conscious action, ethical conduct, and harmonious relation.
Article II — Membership & Nationality
Membership in the Nation of the Conscious Coalition is voluntary and arises through conscious association, not by birth, registration, residence, or statutory designation.
Nationals of the Nation by association are known as Consciousites, Conscious Beings, or Conscious Human Beings, each designation reflecting living awareness and voluntary alignment rather than political status.
A Consciousite is defined as one who has come conscious to their lawful estate, comprehends their standing, and freely chooses to live in peace, responsibility, and conscious accord with others.
Nationality within the Nation is a matter of standing and allegiance of conscience, expressed through alignment with the Nation’s Code of Consciousness, living charter, and principles, rather than through imposed citizenship or external political classification.
Conscious Human Beings are not subjects or citizens of any corporate State or incorporated jurisdiction, but instead hold their own estate and title privately, exercising self-governance and personal responsibility.
All members retain their inherent sovereignty and full responsibility for their actions, participating in the Nation by trust, honor, and voluntary accord, without surrender of rights, property, or self-determination.
Association within the Nation may be expressed through participation in its communities, councils, enterprises, or initiatives, each operating by voluntary agreement and in alignment with the Nation’s principles.
Membership may be affirmed, modified, or withdrawn at any time by conscious choice, without penalty or presumption, recognizing free will as the foundation of lawful association.
Nationality within the Nation is recognized through conduct, integrity, and living alignment, rather than through documentation alone, and is maintained by ongoing participation in truth, honor, and conscious responsibility.
Article III — Law of Conscious Accord
The supreme ordering principle of the Nation of the Conscious Coalition is the Law of Conscious Accord, by which all relations, governance, and participation within the Nation are guided.
The jurisdiction of the Nation is that of the living, not corporate fiction, and is exercised through private ecclesiastical trust, declaration, and covenant, rather than through statutory or incorporated authority.
The Law of Conscious Accord is founded upon Natural and Universal Law and arises through awareness, mutual consent, responsibility, and honor, rather than force, compulsion, or artificial authority.
The Nation’s operating trust is ecclesiastical in character, foreign in nature, and private in execution, serving as the lawful vessel through which conscious governance and stewardship are expressed.
All actions within the Nation shall be conducted in a manner that does not knowingly cause harm, deception, or coercion, and that respects the sovereignty, estate, and free will of all Conscious Beings.
Accord is achieved through clarity of intention, truthful communication, and voluntary agreement. No obligation, duty, or authority shall be presumed without conscious assent.
Dispute resolution within the Nation shall favor restoration, honor, and truth, seeking equity and right-relationship rather than punishment, domination, or retribution.
No law, rule, directive, or agreement shall be valid within the Nation if it contradicts the principles of conscious accord, Natural Law, or the inherent sovereignty of the individual.
The Law of Conscious Accord functions as a living principle, adaptable through awareness and collective wisdom, while remaining anchored in truth, honor, equity, and responsibility.
All councils, associations, enterprises, and initiatives operating under the Nation’s banner are bound to observe and uphold the Law of Conscious Accord as the foundation of lawful interaction.

Article IV — Currency & Exchange
The Nation of the Conscious Coalition recognizes that value arises from trust, alignment, and conscious agreement, not from imposed fiat, corporate currency, or external financial systems.
Currency within the Nation is an instrument of exchange, cooperation, and mutual benefit, designed to facilitate the flow of goods, services, and energy among members in conscious accord.
All exchange within the Nation shall be lawful, fair, and equitable, governed by agreement, integrity, and the principles of conscious stewardship.
No external corporation, State, or Nation-State may dictate, control, or claim authority over currency, trade, or exchange conducted within the Nation.
Federal Reserve Notes or Canadian Bank Notes are recognized only as debt instruments — negotiable, but not representative of intrinsic value.
Members and participants engage in exchange through the Nation’s structures, associations, and initiatives, including trust-based instruments, voluntary agreements, and conscious acknowledgment of value, without surrendering sovereignty or property.
The Nation reserves the right to establish its own unit of exchange or trade ledger, based on trust, energy, and equitable labor, for use within its communities and enterprises.
Usury, fraudulent credit, and forced adhesion contracts are expressly repugnant to the principles of conscious exchange and are not recognized within the Nation.
The Nation acknowledges multiple forms of value, including but not limited to: physical goods, services, knowledge, creative works, and social or ecological contribution. Each form of exchange is recognized as valid when conducted with transparency, consent, and alignment with the Law of Conscious Accord.
The Nation maintains internal mechanisms to facilitate fair exchange, remedy disputes, and preserve integrity, ensuring that all transactions honor the principles of truth, equity, and conscious accountability.
Declaration of Status
Each member of the Nation, through the Conscious Coalition Association, may, at their own volition, declare their living membership, intent, and nationality as follows:
I, a living man/woman of sound mind and divine breath, hereby declare that I am not a corporate fiction, person, or subject of any incorporated state.
I am a Conscious Human Being, a member of the Conscious Coalition Association, standing in full capacity as a living man/woman under Natural, Universal, and International Law.
I do not abandon my estate, my rights, nor my responsibilities. I operate in honor, peace, and truth, as a co-creator and guardian of this conscious journey we walk, called life.

While the world often presents governance as a system of imposed authority, the reality is that sovereignty is inherent and inalienable. Modern legal and corporate structures function by assuming consent and delegating power, yet every individual’s participation is, in principle, voluntary. The Nation of the Conscious Coalition operates transparently on this principle: sovereignty remains absolute with the Nation and its King, while conscious beings choose, freely and knowingly, to associate, participate, and align with its living charter.
