The Association of the Conscious Coalition exists as a voluntary private association of individuals who choose to gather in mutual respect, shared learning, and conscious cooperation. What Is a Private Membership Association?

Within a PMA, individuals associate with one another privately to exchange ideas, education, fellowship, and community support according to mutually acknowledged understandings. Many people assume that a nation or government only exists if it is officially recognized by another state. In reality, legal definitions used within U.S. law acknowledge that governments can exist regardless of formal diplomatic recognition.
Under 18 U.S. Code § 11, the term “foreign government” includes:
“any government, faction, or body of insurgents within a country with which the United States is at peace, irrespective of recognition by the United States.”
This language confirms an important principle: recognition is a political act, not the determining factor of existence.
